Mental Health

Anxiety and depression are fairly common occurrences within teen populations. When these conditions have become overwhelming and are left untreated they can lead to self-medicating with alcohol and drugs and other risky behaviors, as well as thoughts of self-harm and suicide. Being able to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health issues is the key first step in getting help.
