Growth Mindset

The mission of the Farmington Public Schools is to enable all students to achieve academic and personal excellence, exhibit persistent effort and live as resourceful, inquiring and contributing global citizens. We believe that through persistence, each student can meet any challenge and, therefore, we foster a growth mindset in every member of the organization. There is a lot of research that supports the idea that students who have a growth mindset are more successful in school and in their careers.
