EVENING CLASSES: January 18, 23 & 30
Farmington High School - Room 610 at 6 pm
DAYTIME CLASSES: January 17, 19, 24 & 31
Farmington Library - upstairs at 10 am
Classes start January 23 on Mondays in Room 811 at Farmington High School from 6 pm - 8 pm.
ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES (ESOL)
Both daytime and evening classes are offered at three levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).
- Daytime classes start January 24 on Tuesdays and Thursdays upstairs in the Farmington Library starting at 10 am for Beginner students and 12 noon for Intermediate/Advanced students.
- Evening classes start January 23 on Mondays and Wednesdays in Room 807 at Farmington High School from 6 pm - 8 pm.
Please bring a photo ID (drivers license or passport), proof of residency to the registration and allow 1-2 hours for assessment testing.
Farmington Continuing Education offers FREE classes to residents of Avon, Burlington/Harwinton, Canton/Collinsville, Farmington and Unionville. The classes offered are Adult Basic Education (ABE), English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL), Citizenship and GED (Math/English).
Childcare will be available for children who are 4 years and older and who are toilet trained. The childcare service is only available for classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays EVENINGS starting January 23, 2017. The childcare room is located in Room 804 at Farmington High School.
Farmington Continuing Education is in compliance with CT General Statutes Sec 10-71c. All mandated programs are free. We do not charge a fee for any textbooks or materials used in the classroom.
