This ensemble is designed to offer male singers an opportunity to explore repertoire specific to their voices, develop the skills for healthy singing which are particular to the changed male voice, and enhance their understanding and appreciation of the art of choral music.
Student involvement in concert and performance activities will be part of the grading for this course. Periodically there are special events, rehearsals or concerts during non-school hours that are associated with this course. Participation in such activities is an important extension of classroom learning and is an essential requirement of the course. A weekly voice class may be included in the course offering, schedule permitting.
